The Apostle Paul’s example of how to address leaders

I’m reading through Acts this morning and am very impressed with the respect Paul is giving the governing leadership of that day.  I’m guilty of mocking our political leadership for some of the disgusting policies introduced that don’t allow our freedom but seeing how Paul addresses the leaders of his day, is a reminder of a better strategy.  Paul’s educated responses and respectful tone is the example to follow for everyone.

Sign is wrong, my healthcare bill went up $50 a month with ObamaCare

Also in reading what Paul says in Acts 26:20

First to those in Damascus, then to those in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and to the Gentiles also I preached that they should repent and turn to God and prove their repentance by their deeds.

Prove their repentance by their deeds.

Don’t hear that often enough from the pulpit.  It’s just a reminder that although others may pull the ‘christian’ card, we have the bible to base our truth on.  Be wise around those that claim to be a follower’s of Christ especially if their deeds do not fall in line with repentance.
