In January 2013 I got on the scale and it read 194. Gasp, was I really on my way to two hundo? No way. So I started using the MyFitnessPal app to help lose some weight. Phase I had begun.
As the weight started to come off, I set the Phase II goal of going below my target weight of 165.
This morning I weighed in at 153. More than 40 pounds from January. Now comes the start of Phase III – bulking back up to 165 or 170 with more muscle then fat.
My goal is to be at my target physique by January 1 of 2014. More hard work ahead but lots of challenging fun.
