Be careful what you eat

I’m in sales and today I had three meetings.

Lunch meeting.

Happy Hour meeting.

Dinner meeting.

My food intake today was over 3,000 calories.  My exercise and calorie allotment left me short by almost 200 calories today and I’m ticked.

It’s 11:45pm and I’m exhausted, can’t do much more today should have played hoops even though waking up was extremely difficult this morning.

How easy it would be to give in and stop counting calories.  The idea of being fat fuels my motivation to work at staying fit.  Phase I will be calorie counting, phase II will be sodium/sugar count.  I won’t give in or lose self control for that I’m thankful.

Going to bed now for some much needed sleep.   Enjoy Weird Al…
